SELF-DEFENCE AND PERSONAL SAFTEY PROGRAMS
We also offer an affordable, no nonsense
and practical approach to self defence. Our classes and workshops will cover the physical and also the much over looked mental
(i.e.intuition) aspects of personal safety. The participants will learn simple and effective skills of self defence; basic
body conditioning, relaxation techniques and how to project and read body language. Jeff Guishard has 30 years experience
in martial arts, and is a full time Personal Trainer and martial arts instructor. He has taught self defence courses and workshops
to civil servants at the House of Commons and many students of universities and colleges around London and the
UK. Jeff has also participated in seminars and workshops specifically for the Metropolitan Police, introducing high
ranking officers to Chinese culture and martial arts.
