
Margaret Durbal
Margaret is a 3rd degree Senior Black Belt Instructor. Margaret started her kung fu training in 1990 in Hodford Hall, Golders Green, and then
with Sifu Jeffrey Guishard at the Imperial College, South Kensington. Margaret has almost 20yrs of uninterrupted training.
She is well respected for her focused, no-nonsense love of training and teaching. Margaret continues to set an
example to all serious students. Margaret instructs the class when Jeff is absent. She has run her own classes in North London
and also at the L.S.E. University. Margaret is a registered instructor with the AMA (Amateur Martial Association). She is also a qualified lawyer, working for a
well known law firm.

Shane Quinn
Shane Quinn:Shane Quinn
is a 3rd degree Senior Black Belt Instructor with the Sung Chuan Kung Fu system. He is a highly respected instructor of the
system, who brings an infectious enthusiastic energy to every class. Shane has trained with Sifu Jeffery Guishard for 12 years
at the main club based at Imperial College in London. He has been teaching kung fu since 2003 and instructs the class when
Jeff is away. He is also the Principal Instructor at the Bedfordshire branch of Sung Chuan Kung Fu, where he has built-up
a strong and lively club.
Shane is a registered martial arts instructor with the AMA (Amateur Martial Arts Association). He is also a secondary school teacher at Stratton Upper School in Biggleswade.
Shane has competed successfully in a number of sparring and kickboxing competitons: Nam Pai Chuan National Competition (Team)
1999 Gold Medal.Tae Kwondo Cambridge Open 2002 Gold medal. BCCMA
National Champion in Qing Da (semi-contact chinese kickboxing) in
2003, 2004 and 2006. BCCMA Northern Regional Champion in Qing Da (semi-contact chinese kickboxing) 2006. BCCMA British
Championship 2006 runner up in San Shou (full-contact chinese kick boxing) Silver medal

Arash
Shaeri
Arash is a 3rd degree Senior Black Belt Instructor.Arash began his kung fu training in September 1996, practicing Shaolin Kung Fu at the Imperial
College London with Sifu Jeff Guishard.He is an exellent instructor
and a valuable member of the coaching team. A respected coach with patience and a willingness to help students achieve their
goals. Arash instructs classes in the absence of Sifu Jeff. He is a registered instructor with the AMA (Amateur Martial Association). He also works as a Senior Risk Manager for a well known bank.

Club Etiquette
- Bow to the centre of the hall when you enter.
- Bow to the centre of the hall when you exit.
- Keep a respectful posture in class.
- During Class, when the instructor
is demonstrating the techniques, students should remain quiet and still.
- If you are late, stand at the front of the class and wait for the instructors permission
to join the class.
- If you need to leave the class or leave earlier you must ask permission from the instructor.
- Bow to your partner before
and after practice.
- Talking should be kept to a minimum level and should relate to the class subject.
- Absolutely no foul language
inside the class.
- Keep finger and toe nails short for everyone's safety.
- All students must wear the official Sung Chuan uniform.
- The Uniform must be clean at all times. A dirty
uniform is a sign of disrespect.
- When tying your belt turn away.
- The belt represents your progress. Wear it.
- Refer to Black-Belt Instructors as Sifu.
- All metal objects, jewellery,
piercing, neckless or other such items should be removed or taped up.
- Turn mobile Phones off/silent in the class.
- Always be respectful to your instructor and fellow
students.
